The course content was conceptualized by Dr. Shashikala Gurpur thanks to the Certificate Programme on European Union Legal Studies and was elaborated during the visit of Dr. Maria Stoicheva to Symbiosis Law School from 28th February to 6th March, 2019.
The course was peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Stanislav Kostov during the short training programme between 30th September - 4th October at Sofia University.
The course underwent the accreditation procedures at Symbiosis International University and has become an elective course under the LL.M. specialization of European Union Legal Studies. The course was also put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as an elective course under BA/BBALLB Honours Programme across specialization groups.
