On September 5th 2018, the President of the Republic of India Rah Nath Kovind delivered a lecture at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski”. The main focus of his lecture was on education as an instrument of change and common prosperity. He discussed the importance of the long-standing relations between India and Bulgaria in the field of education and culture pointing out the significance of the EURASIA project in this respect.
