Step 3. Adoption of delegated and implementing acts

Remember that delegated and implementing acts are adopted by the European Commission to define detailed measures or to establish uniform conditions for implementation of legislative acts by Member States. This is probably the least known area of EU decision-making, but it can have significant implications for the implementation of EU law on the ground.
