The course content was elaborated as a result of Dr. Atmaram Shelke’s participation in the Second EURASIA training round held in Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski between 2nd – 15th December 2018. Dr. Shelke got the course validated and peer-reviewed by Prof. Dr. Yanaki Stoilov and Dr. Vihar Georgiev at Sofia University during the short training programme between 30th September - 4th October, 2019.
The course was also peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Przemyslaw Tacik, during the short training programme held from 1st October to the 5th of October 2019 at th Jagiellonian University.
The course was validated in the Programme Review Committee of Symbiosis Law School and then put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as elective course under the BA/BBALLB Honours and LLB Programme across specialization groups.
