The course content was conceptualized by Dr. Shashikala Gurpur and was developed by Dr. S.S. Shireshi during the visit of Dr. Maria Stoicheva to Symbiosis Law School from 28th February to 6th March, 2019.
The course was peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Przemyslaw Tacik, Assistant Professor at the Institute of European Studies, Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
The course was also validated in the Programme Review Committee of Symbiosis Law School and then put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as an elective course under the BA/BBALLB Honours and LLB Programme across specialization groups.
The course is being offered currently as a value-add / certificate course for all programmes (BA/BBALLB, LLB and LLM) from Jan-June, 2020 Semester onward as an ‘Internationalization at Home’ opportunity.
