The course content was developed by Prof. Raj Varma during the first EURASIA training programme held in University of Catania, Italy between 21st October – 3rd November 2018 and by Dr. Gurpur during the third training session held at Jagiellonian University Krakaw from 20th January – 2nd February, 2019.
The course was also peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Przemyslaw Tacik, during the short training programme held from1st October to the 5th of October 2019 at the Jagiellonian University.
The course was also validated in the Programme Review Committee of Symbiosis Law School and then put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as an elective course under the BA/BBALLB Honours and LLB Programme across specialization groups.
