The course content was conceptualized by Dr. Gurpur during the third training session held at Jagiellonian University Krakaw from 20th January – 2nd February, 2019. It was further elaborated by Dr. Bindu Ronald who got it peer-reviewed and validated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Theodor Sedlarski during the short training session held from 30th September - 4th October at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
The course has also been peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Przemyslaw Tacik, Assistant Professor at the Institute of European Studies, Jagiellonian University in Kraków during the short training programme held from1st October to the 5th of October 2019 at the Jagiellonian University.
The course has undergone the accreditation procedures at Symbiosis International University and has become an elective course under the LL.M. specialization of European Union Legal Studies. The course was been put up at UG Board of Studies to be offered as elective course under BA/BBALLB Honours Programme across specialization groups.
