The course content was conceptualized by Dr. Gurpur during the third training session held at Jagiellonian University Krakaw from 20th January – 2nd February, 2019.
The course was peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Dario during the short training session which was attended by Dr. Gurpur from 28th October – 1st November at University of Catania.
The course has undergone the accreditation procedures at Symbiosis International University and has become an elective course under the LL.M. specialization of European Union Legal Studies. The course has also been put up at UG Board of Studies to be offered as elective course under BA/BBALLB Honours Programme across specialization groups.
