The course content was conceptualized by Dr. Gurpur during the third training session held at Jagiellonian University Krakaw from 20th January – 2nd February, 2019.
The content was further elaborated by Prof. Sujata Arya who got it peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Maria Stoicheva, Functional Vice- Rector of International Relations and Graduate School, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski during the short training programme between 30th September - 4th October at Sofia University.
The course underwent the accreditation procedures at Symbiosis International University and became an elective course under the LL.M. specialization of European Union Legal Studies. The course was also put up at UG Board of Studies to be offered as an elective course under BA/BBALLB Honours Programme across specialization groups.
