The course content was developed by Dr. Gurpur during the third training session held at Jagiellonian University Krakaw from 20th January – 2nd February, 2019 and by Prof. Raj Varma during the first EURASIA training programme held in University of Catania, Italy between 21st October – 3rd November 2018.
The course was also peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Przemyslaw Tacik, Assistant Professor at the Institute of European Studies, Jagiellonian University in Kraków during the short training programme held from1st October to the 5th of October 2019 at the Jagiellonian University.
The course underwent the accreditation procedures at Symbiosis International University and became an elective course under the LL.M. specialization of European Union Legal Studies. The course was also put up at UG Board of Studies to be offered as an elective course under BA/BBALLB Honours Programme across specialization groups.
