The course content was elaborated as a result of Dr. Surya Rashmi Rawat’s participation in the Second EURASIA training round held in Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski between 2nd–15th December 2018.
The course was also validated in the Programme Review Committee of Symbiosis Law School and was then put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as an elective course under the BA/BBALLB Honours and LLB Programme across specialization groups.
