The course content was conceptualized and elaborated by Dr. Shashikala Gurpur during the third training session held at Jagiellonian University Krakaw from 20th January – 2nd February, 2019.
Dr. Atmaram Shelke got the Course peer-reviewed at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski during the short training programme between 30th September - 4th October, 2019.
The course was validated in the Programme Review Committee of Symbiosis Law School and then put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as an elective course under BA/BBALLB Honours and LLB Programme across specialization groups.
The course has been offered currently as a value-add / certificate course for all programmes (BA/BBALLB, LLB and LLM) from Jan-June, 2020 Semester onward as an ‘Internationalization at Home’ opportunity. It was piloted with 6 students.
