The course content was elaborated as a result of Dr. Surya Rashmi Rawat’s participation in the Second EURASIA training round held in Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". between 2^nd – 15^th December 2018.

The course was validated in the Programme Review Committee of Symbiosis Law School and then put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as elective course under BA/BBALLB Honours and LLB Programme across specialization groups.
