The Embassy of India in association with Sofia University held an India-Bulgaria Webinar on the topic of “Governance Reforms: Post COVID-19” on Friday, 24 July 2020 at 2:30 p.m.
The lead speaker from the Indian side were Mr. V. Srinivas, Additional Secretary to the Government of India at the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, who also holds additional charge of Director General, National Center for Good Governance and Ambassador Pooja Kapur.
The lead speakerс from the Bulgarian side were Ambassador Christo Polendakov, Director General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Prof. Maria Stoicheva, Vice Rector of Sofia University and Coordinator of the Capacity Building in Higher Education Erasmus+ Project EURASIA: strengthening ties between universities in Europe and Asia.
