The course content was conceptualized by Dr. Shashikala Gurpur and was elaborated during the visit of Dr. Maria Stoicheva to Symbiosis Law School from 28th February to 6th March, 2019.
The course was also peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Dario Pettinato, University of Catania during the short training programme held 28th October to the 1st November 2019 which was attended by Dr. Shashikala Gurpur.
The course was also validated in the Programme Review Committee of Symbiosis Law School and then put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as an elective course under the BA/BBALLB Honours and LLB Programme across specialization groups.
