The course content was conceptualized by Dr. Gurpur during the third training session held at the Jagiellonian University Krakaw from 20th January – 2nd February, 2019.
The course has was also peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Przemyslaw Tacik, Assistant Professor at the Institute of European Studies, Jagiellonian University in Kraków during the short training programme held from1st October to the 5th of October 2019 at the Jagiellonian University. The course was also validated by Dr. Vihar Georgiev and Dr. Theodor Sedlarski at Sofia University during the short training programme between 30th September - 4th October, 2019.
The course was validated in the Programme Review Committee of Symbiosis Law School and then put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as an elective course under the BA/BBALLB Honours and LLB Programme across specialization groups.
