The EURASIA consortium gathered virtually together for an online project meeting on April 24th, 2020. The meeting was held via the Zoom platform. All partners were represented at the meeting which was also attended by the project External Evaluators.
The partners had a lively discussion of the emergency situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic with regard to their own particular situation and the implementation of the project. Useful ideas of overcoming the results of the sudden lock-downs all the countries found themselves in were proposed and carefully considered.
The partners agreed to revise and update the project exploitation and dissemination plan and to resort to a more intensive use of the EURASIA online courses. Different strategies to make up for the loss of time and the opportunity to travel and meet or teach face-to-face were evaluated and important decisions were taken.

Follow-up online meetings with each partner were scheduled to allow the coordinator and the external evaluators to gain an in-depth picture of the state-of-affairs at each partner university.
