The course content was conceptualized by Dr. Shashikala Gurpur and was elaborated during the visit of Dr. Maria Stoicheva to Symbiosis Law School from 28th February to 6th March, 2019.
The course was peer-reviewed and validated by Dr. Maria Stoicheva, Functional Vice- Rector of International Relations and Graduate School, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski during the short training programme held between 30th September - 4th October, 2019 at Sofia University for the team from Symbiosis International University.
The course was also validated in the Programme Review Committee of Symbiosis Law School and then put up at the UG Board of Studies to be offered as elective course under the BA/BBALLB Honours and LLB Programme across specialization groups.
