Seven quarterly meetings were held – in July 2018, September 2018, March 2019, September 2019, July 2020, September 2020 and March 2021. These meetings were devoted to discussing current project tasks and activities and to planning forthcoming ones. They were documented with quarterly meetings minutes.
Deliverable 7.2 Project archive – internal project documents
The project archive is kept on paper and in an electronic form. In addition, the internal space integrated in the project website provides a secure environment for partners to exchange and store the documents accompanying their work under the project.

Rules on technical and financial project archive were established early in the project and partner-country administrative staff were given focused training in keeping to them. support a guidance in this respect were also provided throughout the project life.
